Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and profile details you provide when registering.
- Event and booking data: events you browse, create, or book within the App.
- Location data: city or region used to show relevant local events (only when you grant permission).
- Device information: operating system, app version, and crash logs to improve stability.
- Usage analytics: screens visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the App.
- Payment information: transaction records for ticket purchases (processed securely via Worldline; we do not store full card details).
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, personalise, and improve Eventify™ features.

- Analyse usage patterns to improve performance and user experience.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
Analytics
We use PostHog, a self-hosted analytics platform, to understand how users interact with Eventify™. PostHog collects events such as screen views, button taps, and feature interactions. This data is linked to your user account to personalise your experience and improve the App. It is hosted on our own EU-based infrastructure and is not used for cross-app tracking, advertising, or shared with third-party ad networks.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information in limited circumstances:
- With service providers that help us operate and improve the App (such as cloud hosting and payment processing), under strict data-processing agreements.
- If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- In the event of a company restructuring, merger, or acquisition, in which case users will be notified.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and secure storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App's Settings screen.

Account Deletion
You can delete your Eventify™ account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Children's Privacy
Eventify™ is not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
