DESCRIPTION:Rosemala Cliff Rappelling is a descent on a rope from a natural
  cliff at Rosemala\, a forest settlement in eastern Kollam. Rosemala is re
 ached by the estate road from the Thenmala side. It is not a town stadium.
  The approach is a forest road\, and the surface after rain has to be judg
 ed on the day. A car that reached Thenmala easily can still be the wrong v
 ehicle for the last stretch.\n\nRappelling needs a qualified operator\, an
 chors\, and a harness. The operator sets the rope and checks the person wh
 o is about to lean back. Without those\, the cliff is only a cliff. This d
 escription is not a lesson in knots or in device settings. No height in me
 tres is stated\, so do not arrive with a number you found somewhere else a
 nd treat it as this rock. An adventure outing on forest rock also needs th
 e permission of the landholder or the forest department. That permission i
 s part of a real session. It is not granted by a paragraph on a page.\n\nY
 ou wear what the operator gives you\, and you follow the briefing. If ther
 e is no harness\, no anchor you can see being checked\, and no person who 
 will say stop\, you do not go over the edge. Watching from a safe distance
