Kerala Corporate Cricket League (KCCL)

About this place

The Kerala Corporate Cricket League (KCCL) is a premier corporate cricket tournament that brings together employees from companies across Kerala in a professionally organized T20 competition designed to promote teamwork, networking, employee wellness, and healthy competition beyond the workplace. Conducted annually across multiple districts, including Ernakulam, the league has become one of Kerala's most recognized corporate sporting events, attracting teams from leading IT companies, multinational corporations, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, manufacturing firms, and other business sectors. Ernakulam, particularly the Kochi IT corridor, serves as one of the league's major hubs, with matches frequently hosted at well-known cricket venues such as United Sports Center and GoldenEye Ground near Infopark, Kakkanad, offering quality playing facilities for corporate participants. The tournament is structured into dedicated categories for Men's, Legends, and Women's teams, encouraging wider participation across different age groups and promoting inclusivity in corporate sports. The 2026 season announced registration fees of ₹15,000 for Men's teams and ₹8,500 for both Legends and Women's teams, with participating organizations receiving professionally managed fixtures, qualified match officials, digital scoring, and tournament administration. KCCL has consistently attracted strong competition from some of Kerala's leading corporate employers, particularly companies based in Kochi's thriving technology ecosystem. In recent seasons, TCS Kochi emerged as the 2025 champions, defeating Sutherland in the final, while previous editions crowned H&R Block as champions in 2024 against Agappe, Cognizant as winners in 2023 over Allianz Sptn, and Agappe as champions in 2022 after overcoming QBurst, illustrating the tournament's competitive nature and the growing standard of corporate cricket in the state. Beyond the pursuit of championship titles, the Kerala Corporate Cricket League emphasizes employee engagement, leadership, fitness, and inter-company collaboration by providing a platform where professionals from diverse industries can interact through sport. The league fosters camaraderie among colleagues, strengthens organizational culture, and encourages active lifestyles while maintaining a professionally managed tournament environment with standardized rules and fair play. Spectators, colleagues, and family members often attend matches, creating a lively atmosphere that extends beyond competition and reinforces community within Kerala's corporate sector. As one of the state's flagship corporate sporting initiatives, KCCL continues to contribute to the popularity of amateur and recreational cricket while supporting networking opportunities among businesses operating in Kerala. Official match schedules, venue details, team registrations, tournament regulations, fixtures, results, and participation guidelines are announced by the Kerala Corporate Cricket League through its official website before each season.
