DESCRIPTION:Appavanibham Nercha is an annual religious observance held at t

of shared religious culture. The central feature of the Nercha is the pres

icultural produce\, new clothes and other items as expressions of devotion
\, while a particularly distinctive practice involves offering miniature r
epresentations of human body parts and limbs. These offerings are connecte
d with longstanding devotional traditions associated with the shrine. Kera
la Tourism records Appavanibham Nercha as an annual festival usually held
in April\, with the principal observance extending over four days. Religio
us activities associated with the festival include prayers\, sermons and o
ther customary observances\, while the mosque and its surrounding locality
become a focus of community participation during the festival period. The
event is not simply a private religious gathering: Kerala Tourism records
participation by people irrespective of…\n\nEvent page: https://app.eve
